An entrepreneur in the world of music, Kimmel is a multifaceted New York City based producer, songwriter, mixer, engineer, mastering engineer, and artist. Kimmel, now decorated with 15 platinum and gold records, 5 Grammy nominations, and 15 Billboard #1’s, is responsible for over 1 billion streams with credits on hundreds of records. Kimmel has the gift of seamlessly jumping genres. He’s worked with Hip Hop artists Anderson .Paak, Juice WRLD, and Rick Ross, R&B legends like Mary J. Blige while also working with the most popular Pop group in the world, BTS.

Specializing in the electronic pop world, Keenan finished his studies in commercial songwriting at BIMM (British and Irish Institute of Modern Music) alongside alumni such as James Bay and George Ezra. After co-writing and producing on chart topping albums in Ireland, he took the plunge to pursue his passion in New York. Having produced and written for artists such as Josh Gray, Bressie, Niall Cash and Elephant in the Room, his years of experience shine through in his electric productions and writing.

Sebastian (aka QUIERO) is a producer, songwriter, engineer and the primary mixer for Biscuit Head Collective. With experience in various studios in Miami, Boston and New York City, Sebastian has worked with notable independent acts such as Sean Paul, Haviah Mighty, DAMOYEE, Raynes, Mia Asano and award-winning jazz pianist Jesus Molina. Sebastian is passionate about artist development and working on concept projects, as well as finding music that defies genre expectations.

Miette Hope is a singer-songwriter, producer and Berklee College of Music graduate based in Brooklyn, NY. With a profoundly developed sense of musicality, she infuses her work with a rare pop sensibility supported by a left of center, out-of-the-box edge. She has writing and production credits on songs by DEZI, Richie Quake, Layla Kardin, Fytch, and has recently been working with Kiiara, Ashley Kutcher, Vali (emotional oranges) Big Data, Em Beihold, Emeline, KING MALA, Cima Funk, Nombe, Shubah and Molly Moore. She has also landed sync placements on Too Hot to Handle, Married at First Sight, The Chi, Grownish, and many more.

His passion lies in translating artists' visions into sonic realities, a skill honed through his work on acclaimed film scores such as "The Screens" (Best Short, Ferrara Film Festival), "Tuesday" (We Short), and "The Hosts." Marrick has an unparalleled commitment to capturing the unique essence of each artist, making every project an unforgettable auditory journey.

Wiley Beckett is a songwriter, producer and composer born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. An artist himself, Wiley cut his teeth writing and producing his own songs, amassing 4M+ Spotify streams. He has since expanded his focus to songwriting and producing for others, to scoring films, and to performing the odd Taylor Swift cover at his live shows (it’s always Love Story).

Alexann lives, works and mixes from her home studio in Los Angeles, California. She is currently working with independent artists in New York, Los Angeles & Australia. She is also currently working for Mix engineer Michael brauer as his 2nd assistant engineer.

Anne Preis is a recording and mix engineer based in Brookline, MA. Having assisted producer/engineer Benny Grotto at Mad Oak Studios in Allston, she is currently working with artists across the US, including in Nashville, Seattle, New York City, and Boston. In addition to her studio work, she plays violin in the band Goodwin.

Through personal consultations and group sessions, we dive deep into branding, marketing, streaming and social media growth, and big picture planning with our artists.

Luis Valencia has 7+ years of music business and artist management experience. After graduating Harvard with a BA in Economics (2020), He went on to establish his own management company, has worked for Live Nation, Madison Square Garden, Crush Music Management, Fenway Recordings, and is the President and Co Founder of Biscuit Head Collective. He has extensive knowledge of artist management combined with an unwavering commitment to developing independent artists.

Griffin Bader is a concert promoter, talent manager, and booking agent. As a Global Head of Concerts for Breaking Sound, the world's largest emerging artist concert promoter, he has produced over 1,000 concerts in more than twenty cities around the world. Griffin is also the founder of CTOWN SOUNDS, an independent booking agency and management company started from his dorm room at Cornell University. Drawing from previous experience at William Morris Endeavor (WME) and The Rocks Management (The Zombies), CTOWN focuses on developing select emerging acts with unique stories and talents.

Business Advisor & Coach
JL “Pepe” Espada, has been a musician for over 45 years and has played on touring bands, bar bands, been a studio hand, and ultimately a studio owner, operator, and music producer. Pepe cut his teeth as part of the Dischord punk rock record label in the Wahington DC area, where he learned to value of the DIY approach and the importance of a collaborative process to music making. He went on to study Songwriting and Music Production at Berklee School of Music, completed the Mastering Accelerator mastering program, making him a bonafide Mastering Engineer, and is a member of the MixHaus audio engineer's workshop community.
