A key part of our work with artists involves guiding them through their music releases and career strategy. We offer 1 on 1 consultations and focus groups, which are also included as part of our production packages.

These consulting sessions focus on branding, marketing, and overall strategy and long-term goals for a given artist project.

Meet our team:

Luis Valencia has 7+ years of music business and artist management experience. After graduating Harvard with a BA in Economics (2020), He went on to establish his own management company, has worked for Live Nation, Madison Square Garden, Crush Music Management, Fenway Recordings, and is the President and Co Founder of Biscuit Head Collective. He has extensive knowledge of artist management combined with an unwavering commitment to developing independent artists.

Griffin Bader

Griffin Bader is a concert promoter, talent manager, and booking agent. As a Senior Talent Booker for Breaking Sound, the world's largest emerging artist concert promoter, he has produced over 1,000 concerts in more than twenty cities around the world. Griffin is also the founder of CTOWN SOUNDS, an independent booking agency and management company started from his dorm room at Cornell University. Drawing from previous experience at William Morris Endeavor (WME) and The Rocks Management (The Zombies), CTOWN focuses on developing select emerging acts with unique stories and talents.
